Get help with your Flintwell account, billing, estimates, invoices, or workspace.

Account access

If you cannot sign in, use the password-reset link from the sign-in page. Password reset links expire for security and invalidate existing sessions when the password is changed.

Billing

Subscription and payment-method changes are handled through Flintwell's Billing controls and Stripe. If you cannot access the billing portal or need help with a charge, contact support.

Workspace and documents

For estimate, invoice, customer-link, backup/recovery, or workflow issues, include what you were trying to do, the screen you were on, and what happened. Do not email passwords, API keys, or full payment-card details.

Privacy requests

Requests to access, correct, export, or delete personal information may also be sent to the same support address. See the Privacy Notice for details.
